What is your refund policy?

All downloads are tracked, If an item has been downloaded then we cannot offer a refund, if you have bought an item but have not actually downloaded then we can offer a full refund.

What file format are the manuals in?

All manuals are in PDF format, if the item you are purchasing is a single PDF then the download will be a PDF download, if the item has multiple PDF files then the download will come as a zip file containing all the PDFs.

How to extract PDF's from a ZIP file ?

To extract a ZIP file on a PC, select the file, right-click, and choose "Extract All" (Windows) or double-click (Mac). On an Android phone, tap the file in your Files app and select "Extract." On an iPhone, tap the ZIP file in the Files app to create a new folder with the extracted contents automatically.
