These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.Manual-Hub.Store ("Manual-Hub", "we", "us", or "our") and your purchase and use of digital products available through the website.
By using the website or purchasing a product from Manual-Hub, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products from us.

- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Upload or transmit malicious software or other harmful material.
- Attempt to circumvent download, access, or security restrictions.
- Use automated systems to access or download content in a manner that places unreasonable demands on the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or that the account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
2. User accounts
Some features of Manual-Hub.Store require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login details secure.
You must not share your account credentials with other people.
If you believe that someone has obtained unauthorised access to your account, you should contact us as soon as possible.
We may suspend or restrict an account where there is evidence of unauthorised use, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
3. Products
Manual-Hub.Store primarily provides digital products, including vehicle workshop, service, repair, maintenance, and technical manuals in electronic formats such as PDF.
Product descriptions are provided to help you determine whether a particular product is suitable for your requirements.
Before purchasing, you should check the product description and any available vehicle information to ensure that the product is appropriate for your vehicle.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a manual does not provide you with any additional services, technical support, repair services, or professional advice.
4. Product accuracy and suitability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information provided on the website are accurate.
However, technical manuals may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or information that may not apply to every vehicle configuration, market, model year, engine, transmission, or specification.
Vehicle manufacturers may also change vehicle specifications, procedures, components, and recommended repair methods over time.
You are responsible for determining whether a manual is suitable for your particular vehicle and repair requirements.
Where a repair or procedure involves safety-critical systems, specialist equipment, high-voltage systems, fuel systems, braking systems, airbags, or other potentially hazardous components, appropriate professional expertise and safety procedures should be used.
5. Orders and payment
All prices displayed on Manual-Hub.Store are shown in the applicable currency indicated on the website.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store your complete payment-card details on our own servers.
An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorised and accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, misuse of the website, or another legitimate reason.
6. Taxes
Where applicable, taxes such as VAT will be charged in accordance with the applicable tax rules.
The total price payable will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
7. Digital delivery
After successful payment, you may receive access to your purchased digital product through your Manual-Hub account or through a download link provided by us.
Delivery of a digital product does not involve the shipment of a physical item.
You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the product has suitable software and sufficient storage to download and open the file.
We cannot guarantee that every file will be compatible with every device, operating system, application, or software configuration.
8. Download tracking
To provide and protect our digital download service, Manual-Hub records information relating to downloads of purchased products.
Download information may include:
- The product downloaded;
- The date and time of the download;
- The associated order;
- The customer account associated with the order; and
- Technical information associated with the download.
Download records may be used to:
- Confirm that a digital product has been made available to a customer;
- Help resolve download problems;
- Prevent unauthorised access or excessive downloading;
- Detect misuse or attempted abuse of the download service;
- Investigate refund requests; and
- Maintain appropriate business and transaction records.
Download records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
9. Licence to use digital products
When you purchase a digital manual from Manual-Hub, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased manual for your own personal use.
Unless expressly permitted by law or by us in writing, you must not:
- Resell the manual.
- Give the manual to another person.
- Share the manual through email, messaging services, cloud storage, forums, websites, social media, or file-sharing services.
- Upload the manual to another website or online service.
- Distribute copies of the manual.
- Make the manual available for public download.
- Use the manual to create or distribute a competing digital product.
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or other identifying information where applicable.
- Circumvent technical measures designed to control access to the product.
You may download and store the purchased manual on your own devices for your personal use.
You may make a reasonable backup copy for your own personal use where permitted by applicable law.
10. Copyright and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, graphics, text, software, and other materials provided by Manual-Hub remain the property of Manual-Hub or the relevant rights holder.
The purchase of a digital manual does not transfer copyright or ownership of the manual to you.
You receive only the licence to use the product described in these Terms.
Where a manual is supplied under licence from a third-party rights holder, the intellectual-property rights remain with the relevant rights holder.
You must not represent yourself as the owner or publisher of any manual purchased from Manual-Hub.
11. Refunds, cancellations and digital downloads
Because the products sold by Manual-Hub are digital products supplied electronically, different cancellation rules may apply compared with physical goods.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you may lose your statutory cancellation right once you expressly agree to the digital content being supplied before the end of the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins.
Downloaded digital products
Manual-Hub tracks downloads of purchased digital products.
Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded, the purchase will generally be considered fulfilled and we will not normally provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the product, or purchased the product in error.
Download information may be recorded against your order and account and may be used when assessing whether a refund request is eligible.
If a product has not been downloaded, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable consumer law, be able to cancel the order and provide a refund.
If a product has already been downloaded, a refund will generally not be available where the request is based solely on:
- A change of mind;
- No longer requiring the product;
- Purchasing the wrong product where the product supplied matched its description; or
- Accidental purchase.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or incorrect digital products
The above does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If a digital product is:
- Corrupted or cannot be opened;
- Materially different from its description;
- The wrong product was supplied;
- Incomplete in a way that means it does not conform to the contract; or
- Otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements,
please contact us.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement or corrected file.
If the issue cannot reasonably be remedied, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Download problems
A failed or incomplete download will not automatically be treated as a completed download.
If you experience a technical problem downloading or opening a purchased product, please contact us before attempting to purchase the product again.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide another download or otherwise resolve the problem.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be made using the contact details provided on the website and should include your order number and the reason for your request.
We may review the download records associated with your order when assessing a refund request.
Nothing in this section removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us.
Where appropriate, we may refund a duplicate purchase or provide another suitable remedy.
Where the duplicate product has already been downloaded, we may take the download history into account when considering the request.
13. Vehicle repairs and safety
Workshop and repair manuals can contain technical instructions relating to vehicle maintenance and repair.
Vehicle repair can involve serious risks, including injury, death, fire, electrical hazards, chemical exposure, vehicle movement, and damage to vehicles or property.
You are responsible for ensuring that repairs are carried out safely and appropriately.
You should use suitable tools, protective equipment, lifting equipment, safety procedures, and manufacturer specifications where appropriate.
If you are not suitably qualified or experienced to carry out a particular repair, you should obtain assistance from a suitably qualified professional.
Manual-Hub does not provide personal mechanical, engineering, or safety advice through the sale of a manual.
14. Website availability
We aim to keep Manual-Hub.Store available and operating reliably.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or download services will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, security measures, hosting issues, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily suspend access to the website or download services where necessary to maintain or protect the service.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Subject to the above, Manual-Hub will not be responsible for losses that:
- Were not reasonably foreseeable;
- Were not caused by our breach of these Terms;
- Result from misuse of a digital product;
- Result from repairs or modifications carried out using information contained in a manual;
- Result from failure to follow appropriate safety procedures; or
- Result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for damage to a vehicle, property, equipment, or person resulting from the use or interpretation of information contained in a manual, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that you have:
- Breached these Terms;
- Used the website fraudulently;
- Shared or redistributed purchased products;
- Attempted to circumvent download or security restrictions; or
- Used the website in a manner that may harm Manual-Hub, other customers, or our systems.
Where appropriate, we may also restrict access to products where there has been unauthorised redistribution or other serious misuse.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you may have.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on Manual-Hub.Store and will show the date on which it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights that have already accrued unless permitted by law.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the country in which you live that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
20. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, an order, a digital product, or a refund request, please contact Manual-Hub using the contact details provided on www.Manual-Hub.Store.
